The natural state of the body is to be pure and healthy. However, we live in a world where industrialization and modern technology have led to a variety of chemical, biological, and physical toxins that we encounter daily. While some toxins can be handled naturally by our bodies, others require us to make a conscious effort to avoid, reduce, and implement natural detox methods to cleanse the body.
For many, the journey toward holistic health begins when they start feeling unwell; for others, it may be a diagnosis with no known root cause, or an increased awareness of toxic exposure in their environment, home, or personal products.
Regardless of how one starts this journey, the path remains the same. It involves learning about one’s body, understanding its immune system and detoxification mechanisms, and developing meaningful plans involving nutrition and supplementation to ensure the body can return to its healthiest state.
To know where to start on your journey towards holistic health, you need to first understand where you want to go. Are you feeling unwell? Do you have known symptoms of toxicity linked to heavy metals, chemicals, or other environmental toxins? If you live in areas with chemical runoff, poor water quality, or mold, it’s essential to increase your toxic exposure awareness. Depending on your situation, the steps you take can be tailored. Here are my suggestions:
1. Contact me. Let's get to know one another so I can better understand your health goals.
2. Read, read, read. Learn, learn, learn. My Instagram provides a continuous flow of information on natural detox methods and how to live a tox-free life.
3. Start. Begin slowly and simply with healthier choices to promote a purer life. This may involve supplements, but it could also include a specific supplement protocol. I believe that usually, less is more, but sometimes your body needs help in multiple ways.
